Airmiles

We are Airmiles' lead strategic and creative agency. We initially worked with Airmiles to re-launch their brand with a fully integrated campaign. This involved press, posters, direct mail, email and online. In January 2009 we encouraged consumer re-appraisal of the brand and sign up to the loyalty scheme with a highly successful TV and national press campaign.

BBC

We produce marketing communications for a number of BBC Magazines, including Radio Times, Gardeners' World, CBeebies, In The Night Garden and Olive. Our range of work covers new magazine launches and re-launches, as well as developing long-term acquisition and subscription strategies to drive circulation figures. Our award-winning direct marketing programmes for the Radio Times increased response rates over a three-year period from 8% to 24%.

COI

We work across many parts of the public sector: the Department of Health, the Home Office, The Pensions Regulator, the National Patient Safety Agency, the National College for School Leadership and the Department of Work and Pensions. Our work ranges from fully integrated campaigns, including press, posters, radio, online and TV to eCRM programmes.

COI / Department of Health

Using our strategic and creative strengths, we launched The Together Programme - the first ever CRM for anti-smoking. We also produced a fully integrated, national B2B campaign, preparing businesses for a Smokefree England. In addition, we created a multi-layered awareness campaign alerting businesses and teenagers of the change in legislation around the tobacco 'Age of Sale.' We are currently executing a three-year lead generation strategy to reduce smoking prevalence amongst routine and manual workers; delivering targeted messaging to both consumers and stakeholders across multiple channels of influence.

Early Learning Centre

We created the Early Learning Centre's loyalty programme, the Big Birthday Club. We manage the monthly mailings to its 807,000 members. These consist of a personalised direct mail piece sent to the child near their birthday with a gift inside and a discount for the parent to spend instore.

Gateway Communications

Gateway Communications is one of our international clients. As their lead strategic agency, our brief has been to raise awareness and reposition the brand as the No 1 pan-African communications provider for the continent. Our creative strategy drives all aspects of the communications mix including digital, direct response, advertising, internal communications and experiential marketing.

Greenbee

Greenbee is the John Lewis Partnership's direct services business. Yet only 17% of John Lewis customers knew who Greenbee were and what they did. Our task was to raise awareness of the brand and the services it offers. We did this by creating a new brand identity and a campaign which utilised in-store media, along with press and direct mail. We recently launched Greenbee's new Car Insurance product.

GSK – alli

As GSK's digital agency, we were responsible for the international launch of alli – a new weight loss pill – to consumers and healthcare professionals in 37 markets worldwide. This involved the creation and launch of an educational website, support tools and an email programme. We also produced digital awareness activity to drive traffic to the website. We also work with GSK, in a similar role, on NiQuitin.

HSBC & First Direct

We have recently been appointed to work with HSBC and First Direct on a new Visa debit usage campaign for the next 18 months. The campaign will involve direct mail to both HSBC and First Direct's customer base.

Network Rail

Our role involves developing integrated consumer campaigns. We have produced press and poster executions to promote stations as destinations in their own right. And brand awareness campaigns to encourage rail users to check if their travel plans will be disrupted when Network Rail perform routine maintenance.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

We are the global creative and strategic agency for Rolls-Royce. Our first major project has been the worldwide launch of the new Ghost model and its experimental forerunner, the 200EX. Using film, advertising, web and multi-channel CRM, our integrated campaign has created a youthful new spirit for this legendary luxury brand.

SMA Nutrition

Since our pitch win in October 2008, we've been developing a new, customer and Healthcare Professionals relationship marketing programme, to encourage Healthcare Professionals and new and prospective parents to engage with the SMA brand. The centre-piece of this is a re-launched brand website with new content, tools and functionality that will make it the leading eCRM programme in the infant formula sector.

Sony

Sony PSE appointed us in early 2009, to develop an integrated acquisition and CRM programme. Initially, a trial will identify and build the key elements of the programme and evaluation process. Once complete, the activity will roll out across the EMEA region, helping to build Sony professionals' knowledge and relationship with their Channel Customers and End Users, whilst driving commercial value and return on investment.

The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign

We have created a fundraising campaign to help the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign raise £15 million. This will enable them to build a new Children's and Teenage Cancer Centre at their Sutton site. Our integrated campaign includes direct mail (warm and cold), PR, internal communications, ambient and B2B.

Vodafone

Holding both the Vodafone Business to Business and Consumer accounts, our key responsibility is for the development of below-the-line communications to all prospects and existing customers. These include lifecycle, in-life and retention communications. We also play an active role in the development of integrated planning with Vodafone's other lead strategic partners, BBH, Carat and Dare.

Gala Coral Group

We are responsible for nearly every aspect of the marketing communications for this multi-channel gaming business. Our remit includes all the activity across 1,600 Coral bookmakers, 147 Gala Bingo Clubs and 27 Gala Casinos. With everything from DM, CRM and promotions to brand development, POS strategy and ATL (print, TV and radio) this is one of our best examples of a truly integrated account.

News International
(The Sun & News of the World)

Working across The Sun and News of the World we are responsible for leading the strategy and creative for all channels of communications. Appointed in October 2009 we are developing CRM and DM activity to drive acquisition and retention strategies across the titles and associated products.

Kerrygold

Kerrygold is a traditional FMCG, promotional marketing account. The work has given us great experience in driving engagement in a low-interest category, whilst understanding and navigating the minefield of marketing in the major multiples. The campaigns we've delivered tend to feature a mix of on and off pack communications, both at fixture and through direct channels.

The Rugby Football Union

We are responsible for all communications around the RFU's annual Varsity clash. This includes developing advertising campaigns on and off line, PR and social media. Our overall brief is, quite simply, to increase awareness, engagement and attendance for this historical fixture.

BMW

In April 2010, BMW appointed Partners to develop a loyalty and acquisition programme, with the objective of doubling the number of new car sales and increase BMW's loyalty rate by 10%. Our approach, currently being implemented, consists of both on and offline channels, designed to engage customers and deliver qualified leads to the dealer network at the appropriate time within the purchase cycle. In addition, planned activity from 2011 will include online behavioural targeting to migrate customers and prospects into an online relationship with the brand.

Mitchells & Butlers

We are responsible for the marketing and communications activity in over 80 student pubs up and down the country. Our work spans point of sale, promotional communication, third party activity, experiential and social media.
