Solution

Prospective customers were sent a surprising gift to make them chuckle and think of Vodafone in a different way. A Zippy doll from Rainbow. Unzipping his mouth revealed the campaign line "Cut your costs not your conversation" and asked the recipient to contact a Vodafone Account Manager for more info.

Results

This was a hand raising campaign, and the numbers speak for themselves. We generated £540k pipeline revenue for the highly competitive Small to Medium Enterprise segment, and a further £960k of revenue for the Corporate segment.
